It's over. Our final training day was yesterday - actually, training in the afternoon. The training turned out to be more of an information program rather than hands on, new procedures program. At any rate, it is done for now.
We also have our first late start today which is welcomed. Our start time is 11 AM today. We closed for the first time last night and will close again tonight with the first day of our new, summer hours. It will be the first day with a 7 PM close. Previously, we closed at 5 PM. So, we have two days yet before our first scheduled "weekend" on Monday and Tuesday. We have planned breakfast on Monday with two of our former associates and friends from the Virginian, Donna and Rachel. Right now, we are planning our first trip to Idaho Falls on Tuesday. In between, we will go to some old favorite locations and try to get some good photos of local wildlife.
The summer season is now in full gear and we are excited to get on with the new experiences...
