It appears that we will be going down to the final day with our repairs and replacement projects for the RV. Yesterday, we ordered more items from Amazon that are mostly small, minor replacement items. Thank goodness for Amazon and the "Prime" program which guarantees delivery in just a couple days. The major item which was not ordered yesterday is replacement topper awnings for our slide outs. I need help to measure for those as we need two ladders to have someone at each end of the awning. I will also need help to install them if I can somehow get them measured and ordered in time. The recent high winds have done further damage to these awnings and they are a high priority.
Josie is wrestling with her schedule and trying to get some time off to perform her must-do items. She will have Saturday and Sunday off this week which may be the only time she will have two consecutive days off before Mother's Day.
Along with everything else, I still have to finalize our trip plans. This year, we will take an extra day to drive to Wyoming which should make it a very enjoyable trip. We have always done the trip in three days which was OK, but made us feel rushed to get to our destination. This year, we also have a few more days between arrival and our start date at the Visitor Center in order to re-acclimate to the area. Both of us are getting anxious to return to Wyoming...
