Rare View of Mountains

The drive to work yesterday gave us a rare glimpse of the Tetons. The weather has been mostly lousy the last week and yesterday we had the opportunity to see the mountains as we have not seen before. The clouds were so low that the mountains could be seen clearly above them as shown below:

It was a treat to catch that view.

The day at work was mostly uneventful except that it was our Thursday. Yes, today is TGIF day. We are planning our "weekend" and the first order of business is a trip to Idaho Falls to visit Sam's Club and maybe get haircuts while in town. It will be our first drive over the pass this year and a chance to see any changes in that part of the Jackson Hole area. Our second day is undecided at this point, but one thing we want to do is walk around town for the first time this year.  No matter what we decide, you can bet we will be enjoying the time off...
